My husband and I are in our 40's and 50's. We like the area from Olde Naples up to Vanderbilt Beach (inclusive).
We'd like to be reasonably close to the beach, dining and shopping. We have around $500K-$600K to spend. Any suggestions? Are there many people in our age group in Pelican Bay? We're flexible as to whether we live in a low- to mid-rise condo, townhouse or home, as long as it's well-designed and of good quality, and is in a good neighborhood. Thanks for your help.
