My husband and I are considering buying a 1999 custom features, double wide 48X76 on a beautiful landscaped 3.6 lot. "Stick" homes around
this doublewide are priced in the 200,000 range. the home has minor issues and is in great shape. How much will it depreciate? We are in our 50's and will retire in 8 years. We may move after that.
