My husband and I are buying a foreclosure and would like to find the home plans. It is in the Palmira Community in Palm Desert, CA, and I *believe*it is the Mariposa or possibly the Paloma. I believe it was built by Southland Communities but I cannot find any other information about it. As it is a foreclosure, the bank does not have the plans for it. Where else can I look for this information? (We are 2 hours out of town for now, so going to the library or something is out of the question, sadly!)

Congrats. I believe I might have the original broucher with all the floor plans. I have kept them over 20 years ago. Contact me http://www.tiffanyfairfield.com. Thanks.

When you are looking for plans, go to the City or County building and planning department. If they obtained permits they may have submitted building plans at that time. You may also ask a neighbor who has the same model if they have plans to share with you.
