To answer your question, in general, an easy way to figure the sales price in this market is to take the square footage of your home and multiply it by \$100 per sq. ft. Example: 1800 sq. ft. home x \$100 per sq. ft. = \$180,000 sales price. **That's to arrive at an average sales price** (At the height of the market, back in 2006, you could have done the same thing by multiplying by \$200 per sq. ft. !) Price per sq. ft. on distressed properties can range as low as \$65 per sq. ft. Well-cared-for homes can range \$100+ per sq. ft. and up. Amenities, condition, location, etc will drive your price per sq. ft. up. With low interest rates and low inventory of non-distressed type properties, you should be able to get a good price for your home! Best regards, Darlene Tobias
Hello,

It really depends on a number of factors and there would be no way to give an accurate figure without actually seeing your home. We could run the recently sold homes with similar features, and provide you with a market analysis that would give you a ballpark estimate, but we would need the actual street address in order to do this.

If you are interested, please visit the link to our site below and provide us with this additional information, or feel free to call us at (661) 243-7282.
