My girlfriend and I are getting married soon and have been told we are close to qualifying for a home loan,
we are currently paying 800.00 a month rent for an apartment, does anyone have a lease/purchase home in the Sherman area for around the same amount?
I have two homes - one in Denison (533 Burrell) brand new inside. Large back yard - take a look $69500
and one in Sherman 1717 N. Ricketts. $69900.Both are in (very near school districts and parks)
If you qualify, your payments could be less that what you would pay for rent in some areas.

Congrats on your wedding. I highly recommend that you wait until you are approved for a loan to look for a home. Lease purchase agreement are very dangerous for buyers. The seller can take your money and you can find yourself on the street.
