This is one of the best times to buy a home! Sellers are having a difficult time getting their homes sold and are dropping prices and doing what they can to get them off the market as soon as possible.

There are many great foreclosure homes to choose from as well. As long as you are careful to look them over and get them inspected you can find some great deals.
