My fiance and I are looking to maybe find an undeveloped lot of land in Clearwater, somewhere close to Gulf to Bay/the beaches. The bigger the lot,

the better. Preferably, below $30,000. Do these even exist out there anymore? Or maybe little cheap houses we can tear down even? We are looking to build our own house, in a nice neighborhood.

In all honesty you are not going to find a lot at that price where you want to look. There are some that will be a little more but more what you are looking for. There are a lot of options. Call me @ 727-564-2488 or connect with me now on http://www.facebook.com/gavinmagrath

Hi Aslynn,

Whether you are ready to meet with a professional Realtor or just in the searching online stage I have a free service called “Listingbook”, which I provide for my clients. It is like a back door into the MLS which updates daily: price changes, solds & withdrawns, allowing you to really be able to follow and learn the market. I set up a basic search according to your guidelines. Once you are in, you can change the parameters as you need. You can set your search for vacant land/lots or residential homes or have a search for each. If this is something you would be interested in let me know.

Sincerely,

Hello Aslynn, My office is located on Gulf to Bay and there are certainly areas close by with vacant lots or homes that can be taken down. Please feel free to contact me either by email or on my cell phone and I will be glad to email information to you.

Aslynn, yes, there are such properties available. Make sure you drive by the homes or lots to determine if the neighborhood has the amenities and access to beach you are looking for. You can search the Suncoast Mulitple Listing Service for up-to-date information for homes and lots.
