Michael, Both Buyer and Seller in Maplewood, MN

My family and I need to get out of Northern NJ. It's too expensive. We own a condo

worth about $225K with an 85K mortgage and about 20K in savings. What the most affordable, quality towns in Hunterdon, Somerset, Warren or PA. I would commute to Parsippany and pay the bills on $100K per year. We have very little debt.

Good morning, Michael! I just wanted to check in and see how you made out with the move? If you still want current information about the estimated market value of your home and into something more affordable, I'd be glad to help! In either case, please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions!

I am a Realtor working in PA - right off of 78. We work with many buyers from NJ/NY who moved to PA in hopes to find more affordable housing and taxes, but who also need to commute. It looks like Parisppany is about an hour from the PA Border. Towns that work well for commuters include Forks, Nazareth, Bethlehem, Palmer and these are all fairly close highway access. If you decide to check out the area please feel free to search more on our website below where you can search homes, get a feel for home values and find information on the area http://(www.northampton-homes-online.com). Best of luck to you! Feel free to let us know if we can be of assistance.
