My daughter wants to purchase a foreclosure home with 4.4 acres..
She and her husband are first time buyers with her having most of the credit history but he has the income. Will they be able to find a mortgage company to help them finance. This is priced way below value and I'm hoping there is hope for them to get it. We're in SC. Thanks

FIRST ANSWER
Trish, they really need to speak directly with a lender so that he or she can review the specifics of their loan situation. Do you know local lenders? If they have a Realtor, their agent will probably have some good lender recommendations for them.
