My daughter wants to buy a house with a close friend in Glencliff area on south lake dr.
They are both single and may not be staying in the area after three years. I have my opinions, what are yours?

FIRST ANSWER
I think you have your question listed within the wrong town and possibly the wrong state. This is the section for Hanover, NH. I don't know of a Glencliff area in the Upper Valley.
