Don't know where the land is in Ohio but the most economical way for you is a local title company or call a local real estate attorney for advice due to tax purposes. I am happy for your good fortune.

Youy aunt will have to start the ball rolling since the property is in her name. You may want to contact a real estate attorney to get the easiest and best way to transfer ownership.
Good luck

What a nice gift for you from your aunt! You may want to start by asking a title company near the location of your land for help. Each title company has to have a real estate lawyer working with them. Your aunt will need to sign papers, but everything can be done by mail. Also if you have your own lawyer, he/she can help you with the transaction.
