but his credit ratio is high and I have no debt anymore but i do have bad credit. He on the other hand has good credit just high debt ratio. I will of coarse help pay but is there a grant or something i can get us approved for that will get us in our own home?
good evening.....i would be happy to talk with you about financing a home rather than a double wide.....the problem isn't so much getting into one as getting out of it when you are set to move on..also, understand, let's assume your payment is around $300 and the lot rent is another $300...that alone would finance easily over $100,000 in a mortgage ...call anytime it's convenient...let's make you a homeowner.....bob mcclure- success mortgage partners- plymouth, michigan....

Before you purchase that double wide, talk to a mortgage professional. Either your bank or credit union loan officer or a mortgage broker. Find our exactly where you qualify and then look for a home you can afford.
In our opinion the monies spent for a mobil home is not the best investment, it is the same usually as if you were buying a car. The longer you own it the less it is worth.
If you find yourselves a Realtor Agent, that you feel comfortable with I am sure that the an find you a home to get started with. Good Luck
