My Daughter wants to buy a foreclosure home with 4.4 acres
and she and her husband are first time buyers with her having most of the credit history but he has the income. Will they be able to find a mortgage company to help them finance. This is priced way below value and I'm hoping there is hope for them to get it. Thanks

I would recommend that you contact a local lender in the Pawleys Island area and work with them to see how your daughter and her husband may qualify to purchase this property. I'll be happy to work with you in finding a lender in the area if you are not already working with a REALTOR.
