Moving to Philly in August. Seeking either a two bed apt that is pet friendly or a 4 bedroom home with a
yard that can turn into a lease option or buy out after a year or two. We own our home and plan to sell if the job works out in a year which will give us close to $40,000 in equity to place on a new home. We can provide a solid work history for 7 years. Due to the short time span we know selling in three weeks is not an option which is why we are looking into renting while on the market or even waiting a year before putting it on the market. Looking for a safe neighborhood and pet friendly. If anyone can help please do...I have never been in PA so I have no idea where to begin. We are looking for a more suburban area within a 30 min commute from the Philly airport. Thank You
