Moving from VA Beach to nacogdoches tx. We are thinking of looking and buying around the end of November.
When does the tax rebate end and what all needs to be done to utilize it by the end date?

FIRST ANSWER
The home must be closed by Nov. 30. Buyer's must be 1st time homeowners or have not owned a home for the past 3-5 years. The rebate will be applied when filing 2009 taxes in 2010. Buyer's are eligible for up to 10% of the purchase price $$.
