Most of the newer 55 manufactured park homes have "open carports". Are you not able to enclose them as a garage?

Usually if the home includes the land you are able to enclose the carport, but each park is differant- there are park rules and regulations called codes, covenants and restrictions (ccr's). In that document will be the addressment of that issue. The park manager can get you that answer, or we can pull the ccr's from the title company as they were probably recorded and therefore public record. A good clue is to drive the park if you see any it is probably allowed but you will want to confirm prior to making a purchase decision. If you need help on this call me 541-659-2498

This would have to be answered by the individual parks. They all have their own specific rules, conenants, conditions and restrictions.
