Mobile homes in Family Parks...Why sales raised so high?
I'm just curious... Why the sales of mobile homes in Calverton/Riverhead Family Parks did raise so dramatically during last two months?
Some of them were on the market since last fall and prices ent up and down...
That's because of the summer season? Or favorable conditions of this market's segment?
So if i'm looking for affordable mobile home in family park and if i'm not in big rush, is it better to wait until post-Memorial Day era? lol..

Mobile homes are the most affordable for of real estate in the area.
Maybe the owners of mobile homes were finally able - with the incentives provided by the Federal and State Government (including the $8K first time home buyer credit) to purchase real estate. And now need to sell their mobile home (most parks have restrictions prohibiting rentals).
So there may be more mobile homes for sale, now more reasonably priced, and interest rates lower than ever before.
