You are aware that there are CDD fees in Mira Bay? Your taxes will be higher on waterfront property too.

ALSO OF IMPORTANCE IS IF IT IS A BANK LISTING AND WILL ATTRACT BIDDING WARS OR IF IT IS A SHORT SALE AND HAS A PRICE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED BY THIRD PARTY LIEN HOLDERS.
