Please help. We deserve an american dream too. Me and my husband really want to give our rent to someone who wants to sell.

The first thing you need to do is contact a banker to see what you could qualify for.. If you find you cant get a loan chances are you can't get a contract either. Call a lender. He will ask you questions and help you determine wether there any programs available to help you. Once you have this taken care of call and hire a Realtor to help you thru the home buying process. A Realtor can help you find just the right home at the right price, and the best thing is the seller will pay his fee. Should cost you nothing.

We will have our house for sale probably by the end of October. We just got a grant to fix up the home. New windows, paint, doors, garage, soffit, facia, etc...This home will be for sale at 90,000.00, but I just want the pay off for 86,000. We will be moving after the work is complete. We pay $760.00 a month, this includes escrow and insurance for the year, but if you get a cheaper interest rate that we have now, it would probably be around $650 to $700 a month, plus if you are a first time home buyer you can get that tax credit and this home will also go FHA and if you check into that you can pretty much move in with no money down. I can e-mail you with pics once I have it remodeled and ready for sale. I would be interested in doing a land contract if that is the only thing you can do, but I would have to talk to a company that would help us with that. Let me know.

We want to sell our home and move into something bigger, and have not tried selling yet. We have been looking into land contracts or renting so we are able to move. I have a 2 possible 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath 2 story in Jackson. We pay about $800.00 a month for our mortgage. Are you still looking around?

good afternoon......you have two opions for financing your new home based upon what you have stated you want to do......the first one is a zero down rural development loan....if you can use it or not depends on where the home is located, and your income......the second option is to finance fha with 3.5% down...in both cases, the seller can pay up to 6% if the price of the home towards your closing costs and pre-paids.....i would suggest a land contract as a backup plan, not your primary plan.....obviously pre-qualifying is the first thing to do..call if q's..i hope that helps..thanks.bob mcclure.......success mortgage partners......plymouth, michigan...
