Maybe I should clairify... I have found an investment property in KY and wish to do the comps... I read where

I am not familiar enough with Trulia to know how to do it on here, sorry. Maybe type in the city where you are at the top right corner, then look at stats and trends. Do you have access to LBAR or Louisville's MLS? Without knowing where you are or where the property is, can't figure out how to help you.
