From what I have heard, Maple Lawn is a really nice community. It is unique from many of the other planned developments that you see around Howard County. There is much more of a "town" feel and they have a variety of styles of architecture, so not all the homes look alike. There are several builders, which helps with the diversity as well. There are a lot of ammenities, shopping, dining, recreation, etc. The community is also very convenient, being close to 29 and 95. If you are not currently working with a buyer's agent, you need to get one. Don't visit the community without an agent. If I can help in any way, I would be happy to do so. You can contact me at 410-615-0990 or at LDevnew@cbmove.com. Whatever you decide, I think Maple Lawn is a wise choice and one that you will be glad to have made!
