Hi, jfoproject.

I'm not exactly sure what your question is, but I'm assuming you are asking about values in this section of Roxborough/Manayunk.

If you take a look at what prices have done in 19128 over the last few years (http://www.trulia.com/real_estate/19128-Philadelphia/market-…), you will see that this part of Philadelphia has held up its values well; even through the real estate downturn.

I personally live in this area, and know it very well. If there is anything else I can do to help you out, please let me know.

Everything always fluctuates by neighborhood, as well as the progression and regression of the housing prices. Sometimes it doesn't matter how old a property is but it depends on other factors such as condition and if its priced correctly in order to sell or be rehabbed.

Let me know if you would like to get into this property to take a look at 107 Osborn St or any other properties that meet your needs. I could always send you some as well.
