My suggestion to you is to get pre-qualified so you can make an offer as soon as you or your agent see a property come on the market that you are interested in. It is very important that your agent be looking for property for you everyday on the MLS. If you are just out there looking by yourself alot of times by the time see a home in an ad or drive by a listed property...its already sold. So get your loan squared away and make sure your agent is working hard for you! Any questions, im happy to help!

Right now, it is frustrating for the first time home buyer. I just tell my buyers to never give up and to continue putting offers in because one will surely go through. Keep the faith and just move forward and keep looking.
