When I sign the purchase contract, there is no contingency statment. The contract Just say, all conditions and
terms subject to lenders approval.

Hi Wade, this is a tough question to comment on because the details of your contract contingency removal timelines are unknown. Did you remove the appraisal contingency "subject to" the bank lowering the price? What does your Agent say? Do you have a better option?
