There are several neighborhoods in Summerville that allow horses - Huntington Farms, Caire Yellow, Senrab Farms and Summerset Acres. There is also a horse farm for sale that has 5 acres, fenced in horse pastures, a barn and a swimming pool. It is not in a neighborhood but is less than 10 minutes from downtown Summerville. I live in Summerville and grew up with horses. My family has a horse farm in Ridgeville which is about 20 minutes from Summerville.
