Looking to sell 3 condos in So Bos. steps from the Ocean on the E. Side. 1st flr is a bi-level between 950-1100 SF. What is a good starting range?

There is not enough information in your description to answer your question.
So. Boston and steps from the ocean are not the same for everyone.
950-1100 sq ft is a range of size.
One could be a one bedroom and one could be a two.
Those will each have their own market.
Do they have parking?
Is there a view? of what?

I'd ask a few local real estate professionals to help - not here.
You need eyes on the ground and inside the units to assess the value.

It needs more than a "just put them on and see what happens" approach. This local South Boston market is very busy right now. Properties that are wisely priced are getting offers and selling fast. "Southie" is a great neighborhood, with a strong base market. Your pricing will be driven by your product. Your location sounds prime and, at the end of the day, the rule is still "location, location, location". We have completed numerous condo projects in the local Boston neighborhood areas and we can bring that experience and knowledge to your table. We cannot give you a "price to start" until we view the property. Your "starting range" should be where you expect to finish - you should not have a "see what happens" approach to marketing these units. Let's price them right and get them sold FAST.
