I have lived in Jacksonville for 10 years but I started selling real estate in 1984 in AL and still have a license there. I am also a licensed Alabama home builder/remodeler. I use to design and build custom homes for my clients. I have customers I am working with in Westside, Northside, Southside, Flemming Island, and Clay County. I am familiar with the three Historic Districts in Jax.

I am up to date on all the down payment assistance programs like NSP, FHOP, H2H, FL Bond loan, SHIP, and the tax credit. In the event that your customer qualifies. They do not have to be a first time home buyer to qualify for NSP.

I have a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Associate degrees in construction management, architectural engineering, and civil engineering. I also hold the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). I have experience with foreclosures and short sales. I did my first short sale in 1987 (they didn't have a name for it then).

My name is CC. I was born in Jacksonville. I have been in real estate fro 2 1/2 years and I am part of top 20% producing agents in an office 78. I have lived in Orange Park, Southside, Intracoastal, and now Mandarin. I have listings at the beaches, northside, Westside, Mandarin, and St Johns county. Jacksonville is so big, but since I grew up here the drive from one end to the other does not seem long to me. If you aren't familiar with Jacksonville then you really need to take a weekend and be shown the different area. Each little part of Jacksonville has different people and atmosphere. It can accomodate artsy, family, young professional, retirement, and easy beach life. And you really need someone that understand each of those areas and the entertainment you can expect in each to really appreciate all Jacksonville has to offer. We aren't just surrounded by water, even though that is a big attraction. I have worked with corporate and military relocation. I am extreme;y well versed in Shortsales and REO's if that is a purchase option, and I let the house sell itself. I educate when necessary and tune in to what my buyers needs and wants are in the home. When they see the one they let me know and I continue to represent their interests in the contract to closing.
