You will need to hook up with a realtor and go over your "wants" and "needs" and other general information like how much can you spend? There are modern new complexes all over the place within walking distance to Fremont. Some of them are better than others in terms of room size and amenities. But most of the new construction is not listed in http://www.sfarmls.com. And, of course, there are older buildings with units for sale as well. No one can really proceed without knowing your spending range.
