The square footage and location of the home will dertermine the rent but you should conservatively expect to rent it out for $1,100 - $1,200 minimum, assuming the home is in good condition.

It will depend on may factors, but it will range from just over $1,000 to over $2,000.

Location, property size and condition, amenities, etc... all of them will influence the rent.

Hello Konrad,

I just ran a quick search in the MLS to see what is available as rentals in that area. The rents for a 4bd, 2ba in the ahwatukee area ranges from $1195 to $5000. This is a large range and probably varies based on the square footage, "fanciness" of the home, and the lease terms/length.
