Some are and some are not. I have seen some great reductions as they hit the market and then some that as we make an offer are not very flexible. Just be prepared to make an offer quickly as they hit the market, because the great ones do go fast. Ex: A 4200 sq. ft. (builder's home), brand new, foreclosed, sold for
$ 224,000 just recently.
