Looking to buy in Concord, Hopkinton, or Bow, can u explain each cities taxes & are prices going up or down?
I cannot understand the property tax system in the Concord, Hopkinton, and Bow area that I'm currently looking to purchase a lot and build in. Concord seems lower, but I'm wondering if there is any "local buzz" regarding the overcrowding at the high school and if you think property taxes will be raised in the near future to build another school.
Also, how do the "locals" view the diffrences between these cites? Which is considered to have the best public high school, what about the private schools? Are property values increasing or decreasing? I'd like to build so any advice on a reasonably priced, well respected builder (if any exsit ;-) would be apprecaited. Anything else you can tell me would be great ! Thank you for your time!
