Looking to buy house in Orange , Tx area. Is home value going up in this area? Is it worth buying in one of?
the little towns around Orange? My husband will have to commute to Sulphur ,La. but only every 2 weeks because he works offshore at 6 wks at a time. We want something more out in the country, but I am worried that if we try and sell in 5-10 years no one will buy because it would be too far out. Is Beaumont/Orange area growing any to justify a move that out of the way?
