Let me provide you with a direct answer to your inquiry.

I recently visited the below community with a buyer.

It meets your above search criteria well.

No City Taxes and as a bonus USDA loan approved!

KB Homes - Mustang Valley (See attached link for more info.)

Keep in mind there are far more than (1) individual housing community with no city taxes.

As of 12/01/12 10:57PM there are 9,071+ available single residential class properties in my MLS search. Please contact me @ 210-954-4985 so we can personalize a more thorough search of available inventory. Let's get together to narrow down your efforts!

Melba, You probably want to avoid city taxes. Depending on your price range, Guadalupe county has some nice home in the Cibolo area (about 10 minutes from San Antonio) or possibly Floresville (about 25 miles from San Antonio)

Call me for more information.

Hi Melba,

There are several areas of San Antonio that fit this description. I'd be more than happy to discuss more of your wants and needs in your future home in a buyers consultation to better understand what you are looking for. In your search for the best realtor to help you, remember, it will be important to make sure that your agent takes the time to understand your preferences and your long term goals.

Please feel free to check out my website: http://www.pamelarothe.kwrealty.com and I hope I can get the opportunity to show you how much work I put into finding the best home for my clients.

Best Regards,

Avoiding taxes can help you save a bit of money, but keep in mind these taxes also provide you with better services...police, fire...etc.

If you compare Bexar county taxes to other counties you won't see that big of a difference. There are pockets in Bexar county were you could avoid San Antonio city taxes?
