Though Captain Cook is absolutely incredible, it can be very expensive. If you find yourself out of price range perhaps looking in the Ka'u area can help you fulfill needs and stay within your budget. It's really only about 45 minutes from some locations in Ka'u and you could get a lot more for your money. Captain Cook is a beautiful place to buy property. It's just a short distance from Kona with a lush tropical hawaiiana atmosphere close to Kealekekua Bay. Famous for their Kona coffee most of the land here is sold by acreage. Currently, there are 35 listings ranging from $240k - $4.5 million.
