Julie,

There are a number of communities that may meet you needs in Jupiter and the surrounding areas. Your price point, location preference and other factors will play a large role in making a knowledgeable decision. Setting a goal and working with a professional agent who knows the area will go a long way in locating the perfect home and negotiating the best price in today's market. You should interview a few agents and find someone who you know will answer all your questions, be available when you need them and be able to react quickly to opportunities when they arise. I have detailed information available on each community and would be honored to be on your list of candidates. One call and you will know what "Results Driven Real Estate" is all about.

If I can be of service in any way, please feel free to contact me at 561 308-0175 or via e-mail at tom@tompriester.com.

Hi Julie:

Jupiter Plantation is a nice town home community with boat docks at the Loxahatchee River. The units all have a court yard. Their price point starts in the low $100K. Oceanside Terrace are one story villas with court yards. A little bit more expensive since closer to the beach. Georgian Park town homes are close to the Jupiter schools. The town homes all have a little patio and some soil area where you could plant a garden. They are really inexpensive, around and under $100K with very low home owner association fees.

If you like to have more information, please feel free to call or email me.

I specialize in Jupiter only and live along the beach. I would recommend Sea Brook which has a walking path to the beach starting around $225,000. Ocean Cove is also very similar. If you would like to spend a bit less try Lakes at the Bluffs which are Divosta townhomes and sell for under $200,000 but are in original shape.
Check out my websites which have all the listings available for sale and a short paragraph about the community.

Julie,
A lot depends on your budget. I know a great community with Ocean views for just under $350,000, or beautiful brand new 3br, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage with pool for $279,000 (small development) only 12 townhomes.

There are some GREAT communities in Jupiter, but the list will be endless, unless we can narrow the budget down.

Please feel free to call me for further discussion.
