Kmez,
As a licensed real estate agent here in Lorain County, I would love to talk to you regarding options on financing. I was in mortgage banking before becoming a real estate agent with knowledge of over 300 different loan programs. FHA financing is a great choice for some, but not a perfect fit for many. I would love to share some names of local loan officers that would not charge you anything upfront for a loan consultation. Please contact me, let's talk.

First of all, have you looked at a number of homes, to be sure that the home you are looking at is the best one for you? You need a Buyer's Agent to assist you in find the right house for you. If this happens to be the right house for you or another one is, then you need to have a Buyer's Agent to negotiate a Purchase Agreement for you, so you offer a fair price, but make sure you have the opportunity to have the house inspected, to be sure nothing our clients to shop to get the best loan for your circumstances. major is wrong with the home. After the Purchase Agreement is signed, it is time to look for a lender. We suggest that you shop lenders to find the best loan terms for you. We have a list of loan officers for our clients to check out. Please feel free to contact us for more information, Pat Pribisko 440-725-0910 and Steve Pribisko 440-463-1726.

Out of all the homes we have looked at - this one fits our needs - my mother in law will be moving in with us. My 13 year old daughter has cerebral palsy, and this home is all one level and already has handicapped features built in. Also, it is a mile from work and I can walk to work if I had too!

You will definitely want to talk with a great lender to go over all of your options and your personal situation. FHA has a few different requirements than a conventional loan, so we will want to take a look at the property you're referring to to make sure it's the right fit for you and your loan requirements. Feel free to contact us anytime as we work with great lenders and can guide you through the entire process along with answer all of your questions.
