You are right to select Panama City as a 2nd home destination and or investment area; with the new International Airport we are looking forward to direct flights from Europe and abroad. I would consider Sterling Breeze, one of the newer condominiums in Panama City Beach. It's located east of Highway 79, near Pier Park, and has an absolutely amazing pool with views of the water. Sterling Breeze was completed in 2007, has units with larger square footage than many of the other condominiums and has a contemporary style.
