Looking to build in Concord, Hopkinton, Bow. Please explain each cities tax system. Are prices going up o?
I can't understand the diffrence tax system for each of these cities. Let's say I build house at $450K., what will my property taxes be in Concord, Bow and Hopkinton. I've asked agents before, but no one seems to know.
Also, any "local buzz" on raising property taxes in Concord due to high school overcrowding? Are prices going up or down in these areas? Any good referells for reasonable priced, (but well respected) home builders? Seems like builders in these areas are getting a lot more to build than most parts of the country. What is the difference in lifestyles between these cities? Conservative....Liberal...., etc. ? Thanks everyone!

Hi Sue, are you speaking of Concord Ca, Concord Mass, or other? Your question came up in Concord Ca, but having grown up in Mass, sounds like you might be there or another! Let me know! Best of Luck! The Coach
