Looking to a 2BR loft style condo in Downtown Jersey City. Needs to be no more than 40 minutes to downtown NYC and around $350,000. Suggestions?

Take a look at this listing in Jersey City Heights. Not loft style but it does have high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a large backyard. If this does not fit your needs, please pass it on to friends or neighbors who may be interested.

Hi Paul -

I am someone who lived in lofts in Tribeca and moved to JC 30 years ago, so I think I know what you are looking for. If you send me your e mail I can e mail you listings that might work for you. I am thinking specifically of a bldg in JC Heights which shd work. I also have a couple of other ideas which I will research.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Paul,
If you are flexible about location, Jersey City Heights has some amazing condos to offer still for competitive prices in comparison with Downtown.

Hi Paul the only building I could think of that might have a two bedroom in your range is Dixon Mills but will likely be slightly above your budget
Two bedroom loft styles will run you between 500-800k
You may want to explore other areas of jersey city like journal square that offers a path train and jersey city heights that is commuter friendly but via bus or light rail elevator.
Hope that helps!
