I have a great search engine that is "hot" with the MLS that I can put you on at no obligation. It will allow you to search by map or area or many other your criteria. Plus, if a house goes under contract or the price reduces, it will tell you right then. I have your criteria but just will need a few other things to add you. Again, this is no obligation and is much better that Trulia or Realtor.com as it is live with the MLS. You are welcome. Unfortunately there aren't many on the market that meet all of your criteria. Jackie - thx for the response. No we do not have a realtor. We are currently renting so we do not have to move right away. I guess I'm just really surprised that there are not more choices of a house like this especially with an aging population.

I was just getting ready to type in my response when you answered Tamika! The one on Texas Trail is the one that I was going to recommend if you weren't in a hurry (it's a short sale). However you are exactly right about the tower! :) I noticed that you stated you had already toured this house. Are you currently working with a Realtor? Tamika - if the one in Colleyville is on Texas trl then yes we have toured that one but did not like it due to the huge tower behind the property. The tower is used to guide airplanes. You can see it on the birds eye view.

Master bedroom can be up or down. Also house can have more than 4 beds and more than 3.5 baths and more than 3250 sqft. Trulia did not include my plus signs on original post.

I found one in Colleyville that matches what you are looking for!!
