Sorry I came in late. I am also a Prescott Native and have property in Prescott Lakes and StoneRidge both are nice golf communities. You can find a home as reasonable as (300-500k) in both areas. Prescott Lakes offers homes in the 1.5 million ranges also. Hassayampa is a great area closer to the pines with townhomes at (350k-800K) or 1-2 million for single family home. Talking Rock is increasable also prices start in the 600’s and go to 2.4 mil.

There are some great options at just about any price level in other areas Like the Gardens at Willow Creek, Santa Fe Springs, Victoria Estates (gated but not golf), plus there are 2 public courses and 2 private pay courses that are very nice if you like to golf.

We have quite a few golf communities in and around Prescott. There are three Prescott golf communities that have private golf facilities and are gated communities. One of the most challenging golf courses is in Prescott Valley, but it is still a public course and it is not a gated community. We have other golf communities as well which offer public golf packages. Hello, Paul. Although I can't help you very much with Tucson and Prescott, I couldn't help but notice that you hopped right over the Phoenix Metropolitian area. There are great areas here with private gated golfing communities, especially in Scottsdale. We have a great selection and prices have come down from the peak in 2005.
