Maybe you can join an investment company? Ask some friends or family members. It would be best to have the same vision for the investment.

Hello chrisdamico56,

First and foremost, thank you for posting a question here at trulia. I appreciate it. Where to start looking for a partner? How about if you start by contacting people of interest, placing ads in print and social media can also assist with looking for a partner. I hope this helps. If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me by phone, email or text.

Hi, Chris-
You mentioned that you are looking for an Investor to purchase the home with you? But you would live in the home. Make sure you hammer out an agreement about rent, mortgage payments, maintenance, etc, to avoid any issues down the road.
As for finding an Investor, start working your network on LinkedIn, and other social media websites. Spread the word about what you are looking for!
If you are already working with an agent, your agent will have a network of people to pull from as well.
Please let me know if I can assist you in any way!
