I am looking a resonable priced home, 3 bd 2 bth 3 cr garage if possible in PW, or north side that ownerwould carry, how do you find these? $150,000 to $180,000.

Great question! Ask your Realtor, most listings on the MLS will tell you if the seller will carry or not. And in some cases agents know people who lend money privately. You usually have to go through a credit approval process for a seller to carry and bring a money for the down payment.
