This quiet lakeside community has been well established for many years and offers many amenities such as an active neighborhood watch, an 80 acre lake for swimming, boating and fishing in the summer and ice skating in the winter, 2 private beaches and a clubhouse for member's gatherings and parties, accommodating to 150 guests. Currently there are quite a few properties on the market in Lake Forest to choose from ranging in price from the mid $200's up to the low 500's. Rentals bring a good price in this area as well. Sacred Heart University is close by as well as a large corporate park and a new arts center currently being built . A typical 3 Bedroom home can bring between 1800-2200/month.
