Looking for offer price advice...Home in Galena, OH off of Africa Rd. with $600K asking price. Only slightly
home next door on slightly smaller lot sold for $450K in the last 3 months and home across the street that is larger but on a smaller lot sold for $420K about 6 months ago. Suggestions?

FIRST ANSWER
Hire a realtor to do a comparative market anylasis. They should be able to help you with the price differences on the tow you mentioned. If you do not know a realtor I can contact my relocation dept and have them recommend one or more. Let me know
