Trulia currently shows 18 lot and land properties for sale in this area and in your price range. I'm not sure if they have a view of the mountains but figure this is a good place to begin your research. As you well know Prescott is an expensive place to buy real estate. The good news is that vacant land has come down in price drastically. If you are looking under 100k you will find land that is hard to build… the link below is of a lot I have that should work. Let me know if you might be interested.
