Stillwater is a college town with a tremendous amount of turn over every year. The average length of home ownership is 4.5 years. We are currently in a sellers market, we have very few foreclosures. Most of our homes directly in Stillwater are in neighborhoods. One foreclosure is 4619 Pinto Drive, Stillwater for $149,900 (4 bed/2bath)1982 sq ft. Another home to check out would be 1702 E.
