Looking for mixed use commercial property to buy or rent

We are looking for a mixed use property. One that has can serve food, hold classes and workshops. Ideally 1300 Square feet minimum. Park Slope, Gowanus, South Slope and areas nearby. Possibly one with multi floors so we can live there too. Any leads?

Everything is possible if the budget and timing align!
The most likely scenario will be: that the budget is right and you can be flexible to create the space and change the use for your use.
Buying a building is not like buying a new car; unless you are building it yourself you cannot just put in a tick the box list and your order will be delivered in a time acceptable to you. And it is rare that a mixed use building comes on the market in good condition. Most sales of such buildings are due to deaths, retirements and disasters and as such need updating or come with tenants etc. Otherwise they continue to be a good rental investment for whoever does own them. And it is rare that they will rent the whole building to one user, most landlords do not like to put all their eggs in one basket!
