Looking for land in the Mobile area - at least 5 acres up to 100 acres. We would particular be interested in
tracks that devleopersbuilders need to get rid of. The purpose of the land will be for affordable senior housing, so we need something convient to shopping, amenities, etc... We are not looking for permier tracks as our projects cannot afford premium lot prices. If you know wherewho I can contact, please let me know.

Greetings Jeff and welcome to the nationally acknowledged hot real estate market of Alabama and particularly, Mobile County.
As I can see these other agents have been very helpful but we all have clients who have properties available but not listed. So if you can be very specific on your needs relative to proximity to areas of the county, zoning use, access to water/sewer, density, ect...I will be happy to see what is a good fit for you. I am with Alabama Realty LLC and our company partners have a long history of participation in Mobile development, politics, sales and building. Please do not hesitate to call or email with any updates or questions.
