Looking for an investment property in and near Englewood, FL. Need advice.
We're interested in buying an investment property in and near Englewood, FL area: south of Sarasota to north of Placida, FL. We'd like to get advices on these questions:
- Within this spread of area, which towns/cities would bear the best resale value?
- Which towns/cities offer best/better waterfront properties for the money?
- Which towns would most likely be rented as vacation rental?
We'll be in the Englewood area this Friday, 11/7 to next Tues, 11/11 and would like to look at some properties. We're looking for properties wtih these criteria:
- waterfront property (prefer gulf access)
- $250K - $500K
- 3 bdrms, 2 baths (minimum)
- boat slip (preferred)
